Facial animation using vertex textures
A discussion on the XNA forums got me thinking about this again.
Many years ago I did a system that ran on Intent for facial animation. I had it linked to a text to speech system and it ran very nicely on an iPaq.
The circuits fired again and I just had to recreate something similar, so here it is.
